Each fine art print is made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for your item to arrive from the date of purchase. This being said, we do our best in efficiency therefore on occasion your item has likelihood of it arriving prior to the 7 business days stated. 


We offer trackable delivery throughout Australia using Australia Post. A tracking notification number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. Delivery time frames is a mere indication, we will not be held accountable for longer delivery times or courier delays. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late. 


A copy of your receipt will be provided via email, please contact us if you would need a hard copy attached to your order. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer refunds on items due to change of mind. It rarely happens, but we sincerely apologise if an item arrives damaged. Please email us as soon as possible within a short time frame of your items arrival and we will organise a replacement, or store credit.


Please note that due to the careful protection of our prints if an order has been placed with prints along with other items the prints will be shipped separately in a mail tube. We try our best for the packages to be delivered at the same time but this is not always guaranteed. All prints are protected in tissue paper with either a non-bendable card backing, or cylinder postage tube. All other items will be packaged and sent in a mailing box of its own.



Duties & Taxes

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. DIANNE RENEE has no control over processing times or duty rates by customs in each country and we do our best to provide all relevant duty information when booking in orders.



International Tracking

International orders will be sent via the courier most efficient to the countries residency. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive. The tracking number provided can be used on the main postage website relevant to the country in which the order is to be delivered. For example, a tracking number provided by us from Australia Post can be used on the United States Postal Service website to offer information on your order once it has arrived into the country.



Lost Parcels

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by DIANNE RENEE. In this unlikely occurrence, please contact Australia Post immediately. Otherwise, please contact us and we can discuss your options.
