These terms and conditions also govern your use of DIANNE RENÉE online store. By placing an order through the online store you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these terms, in addition to the site terms.​

PRICING & PAYMENT

All product prices shown on the DIANNE RENÉE Online Store are in $AUD and prices are inclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST). Prices shown are exclusive of delivery costs for all residents who live outside Australian borders. For all Australian customers, shipping is complimentary over $500. All payments are to be made in full, inclusive of necessary postage charges; via credit, debit card or Paypal. Only one payment transaction can be made per order.

PURCHASING ARTWORK & SERVICES

Artwork Purchases: By purchasing any artwork or other products from the Site, you agree to pay the full price for the item(s) as specified at the time of purchase. Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made using the payment methods listed on the Site.

Product Descriptions: While we make every effort to describe our products accurately, there may be variations in color, size, and appearance due to differences in monitor settings or other factors. We cannot guarantee that the descriptions are error-free, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies at our discretion.

The content on this Site, including but not limited to artwork, designs, logos, text, images, and other materials, collectively, "Content", is the exclusive intellectual property of DIANNE RENÉE. All rights to the Content are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use the Content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from DIANNE RENÉE.

ARTWORK RIGHTS

All artwork is copyright reserved by DIANNE RENÉE. You must express permission to use the artwork on both personal and non-commercial social media platforms, profiles, and pages. All representation must be credited with a link to DIANNE RENÉE’s page or website. You must not use the artwork for personal profit or any form of promotional material.​ Through ethical ownership rights, DIANNE RENÉE declares that each original painting sold will cease the production of paper prints. Once each original artwork is in the hands of the new owner they now hold the last and most significant piece of the artwork and therefore will be that last piece sold to the general public. With each original artwork sold, a certificate of authenticity will be included in the packaging, signed and dated by the artist specific to the work purchased.

CONTENT

The contents of our site, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than wholesale and purchases) used by the users of our site. You may not copy, transmit, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, creative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, the contents of the site or any related information. This includes all illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store.

All content is that of DIANNE RENÉE's unless otherwise stated. All text, drawings, lettering has been created by DIANNE RENÉE and fellow team unless otherwise credited.​

PRIVACY

We will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. DIANNE RENÉE collects personal information when you shop and register with the online store. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site infrequently. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through us, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfil our order and to communicate with you about it. 

DIANNE RENÉE uses your information for three general purposes: to fulfil the orders and request for certain products and services you placed with us and to contact you about specials and new products. We do not monitor or record your shopping habits or use of the website. Any materials sent to us will be considered confidential and will become the property of the site owner. After you place an order, we use your information to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation with an Australia Post tracking number in it. Occasionally, we may need to contact you by postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION

If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can also contact our customer care team and request to delete all your information.

We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.
